Key Responsibilities
Implement and configure software solutions for clients, including setup, customization, and go-live support.
Provide ongoing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and resolving bugs in production environments.
Preferably enhance features using Angular for front-end, Java for back-end, JSON for data exchange, and MySQL for database management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, test implementations, and optimize performance.
Document processes, train end-users, and contribute to knowledge base for faster resolutions.
Monitor client systems for up-time and scalability, performing root-cause analysis on incidents.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
1.5+ years of hands-on experience in software implementation, support, and development.
Proficiency in Angular (front-end development), Java (back-end), JSON (API handling), and MySQL (database design/queries).
PHP and Sql proficiency will be an added advantage.
Strong problem-solving skills with experience in full-stack troubleshooting.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies, version control (e.g., Git), and deployment tools.
Preferred Skills
Experience with RESTful APIs, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), or ticketing systems (Jira/ServiceNow).
Excellent communication skills for client-facing interactions.
